How we work Five phases · One arc

The work has
a shape.† You can see all of it.

† Every phase is named up front, so you always know where you are and what comes next.

¶ 01 — The five phasesNamed clearly, in order
01
Phase 01

Discovery

Intake, interviews with you and your team, review of current systems and data, competitive scan. The goal is not to deliver anything yet. The goal is to see clearly.

02
Phase 02 — The asset

Assessment

The diagnostic output: a written document that names what is actually going on, where the leaks are, what is possible, and what is not. Reading it, you should feel more clearly seen than you have ever been by a vendor.

03
Phase 03

Roadmap

The plan. What gets built, in what order, why, what it costs, what you have to do, and the tradeoffs considered. It also names which observations fall outside the engagement — and recommends specialists for those.

04
Phase 04

Execution

The build and the ongoing operation. Systems stand up, ads go live, portals are configured, content begins, reporting cadence is established.

05
Phase 05 — begins month 06

Training

Operator-level literacy, not practitioner-level button-pushing — so your team can read the system, recognize when something is or isn't working, and eventually own it.

¶ 02 — The maturity curveA partnership with a defined arc

The relationship is not permanent. At month six, we initiate the first explicit conversation about what the next phase looks like. By month nine to twelve, one of three shapes has been chosen.

Full-service ongoing. Same retainer, same intensity. You're growing and new work keeps emerging.

Monitored and maintained. Systems are built and working. Your team runs daily operations; SAINT provides oversight, optimization, and monthly reviews. Often the sweet spot.

Trained handoff. Your team has graduated. SAINT documents everything, transitions accounts, and stays available for quarterly strategic work. The rarest path — and the one that produces the best referrals.

A client who no longer needs you and speaks well of you is worth more than a client who is dependent on you.

¶ 03 — Meet the system where it isThe opposite of the clean-slate move

SAINT does not arrive and demand a clean slate. Your practice management system stays. The scheduling workflow stays. The billing process, the phone numbers, the review history, the domain, your team's habits — all stay, unless there is a specific diagnosed reason to change them.

What SAINT adds is the acquisition layer on top: paid infrastructure, referral portals when relevant, content engines, landing pages, reporting dashboards. Replacements happen only when something is actively costing you money or trust — and only with data in hand.

¶ 04 — Scope disciplineFive tests, applied to every request

Every engagement stays inside a defined scope. Work outside it is named honestly and either priced separately or referred out to a specialist. This is not a limitation. It is the offer.

One distinction matters. Your industry is ours to learn — the research, the reading, the calls, the homework are part of the service, never an extra. What gets referred out is craft we don't practice: bookkeeping, employment law, trades with their own licenses. We're resourceful about anything; we don't improvise a profession on your dime.

What you experience: consistently clean scope decisions, and honesty about what SAINT is and is not the right firm for — delivered without theater.
